Do you have an oil-fired forced air system? Are you looking to move to something more energy effecient and affordable?
Making the switch from oil just got a whole lot easier!
It’s time for a Daikin Central Air System from J.S.
This modern advancement of the traditional heat pump keeps your whole home comfortable using your existing duct work (or we install new ductwork). This system operates from an invertor heat pump unit which distributes warm or cold air throughout your house using your existing ductwork and vents.
1. No more oil – save thousands on oil costs and achieve a more consistent energy bill.
2. More comfort – A Central Air System from Daikin not only heats your home more efficiently, but also provides air conditioning to all of your rooms with venting as well.
3. Programs and Incentives – From the current provincial grants and federal rebates to the brand new Home Heating Loan Program, It has never been easier to make your home more efficient and support the planet.
"The Residential Home Heating Loan Program (RHHP) will provide Prince Edward Island homeowners, who are approved applicants, with financing to upgrade the current heating system of their personal year-round residence to a cleaner, more efficient heat source while reducing their carbon footprint."
Eligible applicants can apply to receive a repayable loan of up to $30,000, towards 100% of eligible invoiced costs for the purchase and installation of program eligible energy efficient equipment upgrades by a Network of Excellence contractor(s). Eligible invoiced costs includes necessary upgrades to the home's existing electrical service to accommodate the new heating equipment/system.
The loan is repayable over a period of up to 10 years and is interest free to the borrower; interest costs during the term of the loan will be paid on behalf of the borrower by the Department of Environment, Energy and Climate Action.
